MD Owned and Operated

Our practice is run by Medical Doctors. That means, when you come into our office, you will first receive a full medical evaluation. It is important to have a Medical Doctor look at you, so they can give you a more in depth diagnosis. During this evaluation, our doctors have the ability to prescribe any medication they deem necessary or give you trigger point injections. In addition to this, the doctor will collaborate with our other providers to come up with a treatment plan that is best suited for you.

FAQ - Personal Injury

What makes your clinic different?

While there are other clinics that treat automobile injuries, what sets us apart is that we are M.D. owned and operated. This means we can manage your entire case from beginning to end. Our clinic includes certified medical professionals such as medical doctors, chiropractors, physical therapists, massage therapists and medical assistants.

How do you get patient information?

We do not solicit patients. While most personal injury clinics pull your information from police reports and other public platforms, we get our patients directly through hospital networks and other medical providers.

How do I make an appointment, and how long will the appointment take?

You can make an appointment by calling our clinic that is closest to you. We usually put our patients in to see the Doctor within 24-48 hours. The first appointment can take anywhere between 30 to 45 minutes based on the doctor’s diagnosis and treatment plan. We provide same-day therapy if necessary.

Do I need an attorney?

If you have an attorney, we work directly with them. If you do not, we work with many excellent attorneys throughout the state, and can certainly help find you one. We feel it is good to have legal representation, so we can concentrate on your medical issues.

What services do you offer?

Medication management for your accident, and trigger point injections if required. We can also provide this service for you if you are already treating at a chiropractic clinic. Passive therapy (Ultrasound and Electro-stimulation), Chiropractic Treatment, Physical Therapy, Medical Massage.

Will I have any co-pays or outstanding balances?

We do not charge any out of pocket payments such as co-pays for personal injury cases. We accept payment in full at the end of the claim through the insurance company or attorney, and there is no balance due for our patients.

FAQ - Bureau of Worker's Compensation

What is the first step I should take if I am injured at work?

If you have suffered a work related injury, the first thing you should do is be seen by a BWC certified medical provider. We have worked with BWC cases for many years and have doctors that are well versed in the process of these cases including all filing and paperwork.

How soon can I expect to be seen?

We can usually put our patients in to see the Doctor within 24-48 hours from the time you call. The first appointment can take anywhere between 30 to 45 minutes based on the doctor’s diagnosis and treatment plan.

Do I need a claim number to come to your clinic?

For the first appointment, we do not require you to have a claim number. When you come in for the appointment and see the doctor, we will guide you in the BWC claims process.

Can I choose my own doctor?

Yes. Your employer may recommend a doctor, but ultimately it is your decision and you can see any provider that is BWC certified, as our clinic is.

Will you be my Physician of Record on the case?

In most instances, we do become your physician of record. This is done, so that we can assist you in handling all aspects of your case, including, all therapy, work restrictions, medications and all paperwork related to the claim.
